About Us: 3inova Networks was founded in August 2009 by two past Nortel Engineers Jozef Babiarz and Marvin Krym.  They bring 60 years of combined experience in the telecom and networking industry in research and product design, including Enterprise Wireless (Wi-Fi) product design, IP Network design, Quality of Service, VoIP and Telephony.  Their business objective is to combine these skills and industry experience to develop IP networking solutions which include the wired and wireless network (Wi-Fi) that address today’s and future enterprise business needs. Their focus is on enhancing Wi-Fi technology and solutions that deliver business-grade communications, session quality, reliability, and performance for voice, data, and multimedia applications. But we are not just a couple of average consulting engineers. 3inova Networks is developing technologies for the next generation Enterprise class WLAN which provide business quality voice and multimedia in the presence of large number of active users with enhanced capacity and performance over today’s WLAN solutions.  These technologies will enable Wi-Fi to become the primary access to the Enterprise desktop replacing wired Ethernet.  3inova Networks is working on implementing these technologies as software modules which can be integrated into a WLAN vendor’s product.  3inova Networks is in the process of receiving research funding to further our development and to patent our technologies.  We are also building a small but advanced development and test lab. 3inova Networks was formed with the support and leadership of the Lead-to-Win program under the sponsorship of Carleton University Business School .  We are also members of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and OCRI.  Services: While focused on next generation WLAN technology, 3inova Networks also has expertise in wired IP networks for the Enterprise .
